Let me tell you *my* experience with MCI.

I've periodically gotten a lot of misdirected spam bounces where my domain was
forged into the headers and ISP's bounced it without doing rDNS or something
else to check that the Reply-To actually made sense. So I set up code to detect
those and bounce them to the abuse desk of the offending outfit.

Then Mydoom hit.

It routinely forges the reply-to, so I started getting 100 per day, just of the
misdirected bounces. Then I got an e-mail from my ISP. "Stop bouncing them or
I'll have to cut you off". Turns out that MCI called my ISP's upstream and
threatened *them*! I guess I touched a nerve. Of course the sorry cowards
didn't have the cajones or decency to talk to me directly. As far as I am
concerned, if I do business with MCI before hell freezes over, it will be too
soon.

You know, if they had e-mailed me, it would be different. But to take such a
gutless action, and really just because they are too lazy to fix their broken
mailserver. As you can tell, I'm a little steamed.

They may be just out of bankruptcy - I hope they go back and stay there.
