Star Office Question: Master document and footers

Star Office question:

I want to have a master document and various chapters. I
want the chapters to be included in a table of contents
with their page indicated at the start of the master
document.

I want each chapter to have its own page numbering,
starting from page one for each chapter. Is this possible?

I posted this on the Star Office forum but so far no takers.

Does anyone know if Koffice could do this?
