wow! how will we spend the money? we could start our own distribution! 
or have a list convention in fiji! or say the hell with it all, split 
the money, and lie on the beach sipping sloe gin fizzes, entertaining 
those around us, and letting others worry about computers.

i don't see a downside to this. anybody else?
