Footer page numbers in SO

Fuddgettaboutit.

You have to use the page preview function to get the
footers to show properly, even with pdf export.

BTW, just gotta love pdf export. With acroread
-toPostScript you can get nice postscript documents, too,
if you so desire. I have been using a convoluted method
to generate a procedure manual with a table of contents
(vi for text, scripts to generate html, html2ps to get
postscript). This may be a lot easier.

SO may actually be useful!
