spam out of control?

I do run my own server but don't get much on it. I keep the addresses 
quiet. But on my regular email address through my isp I get plenty. 
Everyone and his brother sells your email address to anyone who will 
pay. I have created a user on my server named junk at what.ever.com that 
will be used for whatever might result in spam. He's already getting 
lots after only a few weeks.

I do like the new mail filters on Mozilla and Firebird. They seem to work.
