[OT] Outsourcing [ was Re: Legal aspects ]

Having recently had a dispute with AT&T long distance about an 
overcharge on our bill, we tried calling CS repeatedly only to be rudely 
put off, told our bill was accurate, and finally asked to speak to a 
supervisor. We were told that the supervisor could not be found, then 
put on hold for 40 minutes. Finally the supervisor comes on, tells us 
the problem will be solved, but the next bill contains the same charges. 
Ach. All of this in  unintelligible English. We dumped the carrier. Who 
need that. We went with Qwest, after finding out that their CS dept is 
in this country.
