smtp route from sendmail to qmail account

This might be doable with a .forward file, but AFAIK this must be placed into each users directory.
A simple entry like this is all you need.
users_name_at_others_domain at domain.com
The alias file might also work, something like:
user_name_at_sendmail_domain: username at otherdomain.com
If this works the way is sounds, this might be your best bet.
Don't forget to run "newaliases" after you change the aliase file.
