smtp route from sendmail to qmail account

Hi

      I have one domain in a server where MTA, is *sendmail*. There
are 20 users under this domain.
      Same users have been created under same domain in another 
server where MTA is *qmail* (The domain IP has been changed to new ip)

      Without creating any MX record for the second server where
*qmail* is running, i want to route all the mails which are coming
to the users where *sendmail* is running  to qmail MTA server domain users...

      Any hints are appreciated..
