I don't understand how you reached this conclusion. From the url you cited, I extracted the following:
6 Month Averages
rating type reviews rating
Overall customer sat 1 10.00
Pricing 1 7.50
Likelihood offuture purchases 1 7.50
Overall delivery process 1 10.00
technical support 0.00
product replacement service 0.00
Only 4 reviews in 6 months, and lowest rating 7.5 (on a 10.0 scale). Apparently none of the four reviewers had any need to use technical support or request a replacement.
This doesn't add up to "not all that great"; I might even describe it as "pretty good."
