wget'ing files under a forbidden directory

I google'd across this very nice link looking into wireless routers:

www2.sis.pitt.edu/~jkabara/is-1066/apconstruction.pdf

I thought it might be nice to get the other lab exercises off his web
page but the directory:

www2.sis.pitt.edu/~jkabara/is-1066/

is forbidden.

wget won't work with something like:

wget -r sis.pitt.edu/~jkabara/is-1066

returning the forbidden error.

Globbing doesn't work with http.

Is there a trick to get to the files in the directory
below the forbidden directory.
