The problem being run into is (and if you trace the dns reverse via dig
you'll see this), the block of IPs hasn't been properly registered as
assigned by ARIN (though obviously they have been assigned because the
routers all know how to get there).  It traces back to Verisign, meaning
there are no root server entries even.  How long this will take I don't
know.  I've been on my upstream since June about it and bug them
regularly.  They, in turn, pass on the request to Worldcom/MCI who
passes it on to ARIN.  I may need to call ARIN direct.  Six months has
seen no movement on this.  All I can say is at least it's not listed in
a residential block.
