should carry a smaller keyboard.  All the keys, just arranged closer to a 
square than the long rectangle that you normally see.  Targetted for the 
rackmount market where you also need a mouse in 19".

I have not seen a small flat panel.  What are you looking for?  SVGA? 
Resolution?  Are you willing to provide a PS and connector for a part?  I have 
seen some sub $200 15" panels, but nothing smaller ready to connect to a PC. 
I have seen some smaller panels, meant for laptops, in the surplus market. 
But those are just bare panels, you would also need to add the backlight.
