I told you that this drive first time i mounted . And i mounted it with
*vfat*.. But i heard though i never work with that it was mounted later on with
*ext3*...

The history which i know.. That somehow the server went *out of memory* for too
many processes running ...And it was in accessable from anywhere. Then one of
the *admin* who is near the server( we all work remotely)..He pulled the power
plug out and put it back
... But after rebooting - from then onwards i am looking into this. And what i
found i expressed everything in my email...What has happend before telling me -
i can't say more than this this is the information i got from the admin after
asking him several questions..
