Transferring 3 gigs between computers at different locations

I need to transfer a large web site (3 gigs!) between two
machines in different locations. One machine is not yet
hooked up to a network. So, this will be a big sneaker
net transfer.

I was thinking of burning cd's. It would be nuisance to
manually break up the data into smaller chunks before
burning a CD. Is there software which will burn files
across several CD's ?

Zipping the files won't help, since they are mostly jpg's.
