I fear those have not yet been invented. I'm not a "professional graphic 
artist" myself, but I am working in a publishing house where we are 
employing dozens of professionals and are collaborating with lots of 
others, and as far as I can see: for image processing, it's Photoshop 
all over, (still) mostly Mac based.

I think, Adobe is soon going to take over the complete market for 
graphics applications. They only have to kick QuarkXPress off the 
publishing segment with their Indesign.
