tcl question: Exec

In fact, tcl is not always obvious about what it can do. Not lack of
docs. But no bells and whistles. Things like channels. Or total
integration of Tcp/ip in script callbacks. Or the fact that tcl's very
strong text stuff has led to great html and xml integration.
