Red eye fix can be done by selecting "Channels" from the layers dialog, 
then turning off blue and green (click the eye icon on the left), then 
from the "Dodge and Burn" dialog choose burn, select a soft edged cursor 
and wipe some of the red out of the eye, then turn on the blue and green 
to see results. It's tricky and you must be careful not to make the 
person appear evil ;-)
