ADMIN: mailing list transition

Over the next couple of days/weeks all SxS related mailing lists will be 
slowly migrated from the current machine to our new mail hub in Panama. This 
will certainly cause some downtime as each list is migrated, and will 
probably break your filters one last time. I apologize in advance, however I 
believe the slight pain will be well worth the huge gain.
The 'editors' list will be the first list migrated. I'll keep you updated as 
each list is transitioned
