X terminals for kitchen use...

My wife mentioned that she would like a small, flatscreen system in the
kitchen someday for looking up recipes & such.

I started thinking about what I would want it to be, and decided that it
should be a diskless x-term with an undersized keyboard, flat LCD
monitor, and a wireless ethernet connection. And, of course, cheap!

Does anyone know of something like this? (I suppose I could pick up
an old laptop on e-bay and load Linux on it...)
