Help with DIAL OUT server.

I have 2 linux boxes going to an office. There is no -net- connection,
so we are going to use a modem to dial up to the server. Only one of the
boxen will have a modem and the 2 computers will be hooked up to a hib.

I need to configure so if someone on the second box needs to get
main server, they will pass thru the first and it will establish the
connection.

Any tips, how-tos, or FAQ's I can be pointed to on this ?

FWIW, both boxes are going to be a stock 8.2 SuSe install.
