Related to linux clustering

Hi all

        We have bought three new redhat linux servers - two are multi CPUs...
We need to do *clustering*.

        Can anyone help me out.. What is the document i will read to know its
concept first then to do the clusering at the linux servers...It will be really
helpful if i get the procedures..
