Actually, "Scotsmen" is politically adequate (or, "PA", as I like to
say! ;-) ) here, as he is excluding the women. Unless, that it, if he is
implying that both Scotsmen and Scotswomen would be confused as to whom to
expect in the skirt-symbolled restroom. If this is the case, then we might
be able to attribute the first unisex restroom to the Scots. (So why do the
call them unisex if both sexes are allowed?)
