I just loaded the 1.21 version.  I noticed that it over wrote the 
logcheck.violations.ignore file that I had changed.  I had to go back and 
redo my changes.  I suggest that you check to see if any of the files had 
been modified and not over write them if they have been.

Everything else seems to be working fine.
