I think you are both right,
I think that SCO's reasons are very apparent if time is taken
to review the NASDAQ information listing for SCO now. SCO
must become to the catalyst to de-rail the LINUX OS, at
any cost, because they are merely following orders.
MS as it turns out is the second largest investor in the SCO
company, and since it is very apparent that MS is quickly
losing ground to LINUX in almost every avenue of SOFTWARE
development and OS roll-out since the advent of the XP
licensing structure.
I noticed on the SCO website their timeline for the UNIX
operating system, but what pisses me off is the display that
they
infact highlighted the yellow line in their reference, trying to
state they introduced UNIX to the world.

If lawsuit does go through, I guess I could always switch
to OPENBSD, since BSD can't be touched by SCO.
