newbie question re: MS filenames

When you make a program icon or mime type in kde, you had better put the
name part in quotes. KDE passes the full name of a file, which includes all
directories. Even if your application can control/enforce file name
conventions, you will be fighting a loosing battle with all the directory
names. Once burned here...
