Quiet case and cpu fan

Well, this will be a minimal system.
A lindows sorta thing with a mini ATX board, built in video card, built in
sound card, Duron 1 gig chip, a cdburner, and a couple of hard drives.
My current minimal lindows sytem, with just the CPU fan and powersupply
fan, is fairly noisy, much more so than my compaq at work. I am just
looking for a small case with a quiet fan and some ideas about quiet
CPU fans.
