Quiet case and cpu fan

I am not looking for the ultimate in quiet. I just need to put a linux
computer into a lab at work in a small case. It will
only hold a small ATX board, a CD Rom, and a couple of hard drives.
Something along the lines of a compaq in terms of quiet would be fine.

In doing a search with google, I find many suggestions, often a bit
pricey, but I have the feeling I don't need to be quite as quiet as some
of these prices suggest.

Does anyone know of a company which just sells decent quality, small quiet
cases and CPU fans?
