Yes. There's a variable in /etc/postfix/main.cf that controls 
masquerading, masquerade_domains. In my main.cf, I have:

masquerade_domains = $mydomain

To enable masquerading, specify one or more domain names separated 
by whitespace or commas. In my example, addresses of the form 
user@<somehost>.kurtwerks.com would be rewritten to user at kurtwerks.com.

You can also specify exceptions to the masquerading, and specify
which types of masquerading will be done, including envelopes,
headers, and header recipients.
