XFS Question

Question about XFS.  It's a journeling system and does it's check at mount. 
 Suppose it finds a problem with the filesystem during the mount so it 
would - I assume refuse to mount it.  How do you fix it?  fsck.xfs is a do 
nothing routine since it assumes it's checked at mount?
