   This maybe easy, but I have not found it. When I try netscape
127.0.0.1:1000 I get the following error: browser and server can not
communicate securely, because there is no common encrtption algorythm.

I do have a /etc/webmin/miniserv.pem. How would I reset the certificate
by hand or fix this algorythm. in services localhost 1000/tcp is set &
in webmin/serv.conf set to 1000.
