Thats stale news. I think some of the cartoons that show Bush as a
cowboy are funny. I saw one of him as a dominatrix - very funny. The
United States has mostly been viewed in some sort of unfavorable light
for many years now. Do we deserve some of it? Yes. Show me a country
that has any type of resource that is completely blameless from
anything. But much of the blame is out of decades of habit and hate.
That we want to keep the oil supply steady and stable is no surprise,
so does half the world.

As for sadam. Bitch slapping him is not the answer. Killing him and
establishing a decent government in Iraq is the answer. I say this
because the alternative is that sooner or later he will use a WMD or
give some away, if he has not already. I dont care who he hates...the
golden rule in survival is "the enemy of my enemy is my
friend...at least for now". If terrorist can hurt us with his help he
will give it. I personally believe that terrorist cells already have
biological/nuclear agents here at home. They just lack a decent
dispersal system and are smart enough to wait until they have one rather
than waste it just killing a few thousand.

I think to tie terrorist groups reason for existance to our economic
policies or external activities is foolish. Terrorists would exist in
opposition to any policy. They would not necerssarily be the same
people but radical opposition would form.

And I guess I did miss your point...I though we were just having a
friendly cup of coffee with sadam. You can drink yours but I'll
pass...forgot to bring my taste tester. ;-)
