the only possible solution in my belief is to write a simple javascript
function (which I am not familiar with) which would extract the
earch_url's root part into a variable, while htdig returns the result
links using the variable name as root, and have the search result page
replace the variable name with the search_url's root.

Being an idiot in web programming, a bit of guidance would be appreicated.
