search engine swish-e

if my site can be accessed via 3 possibly ways:

http://www.localdomain.com
http://www.publicdomain.com:8080
https://www.publicdomain.com

which search engine would work with all 3 ways? I don't quite understand 
the doc of htdig (the part on url_part_alias) despite it sounds 
featsible. a start_url containing all 3 possible ways will lead to each 
search result being repeated 3 times, one for each start_url. It's not 
searcH_url-sensitive.
