Modem control on ttyS0

I found the secret handshake:

stty -F /dev/ttyS0 crtscts
stty -F /dev/ttyS0 -clocal

This converts ttyS0 into a serial port with modem control on so the upsd
daemon can get signals from the UPS. You can check it with:

stty -F /dev/ttyS0 -a
