HTML question: Hanging paragraphs.

It is possible in html to have the browswer format paragraphs like so:

Original line:

Now is the winter of our discontent made glorious summer by this son of
York; and all the clouds that low'd upon our house in the deep bosom of the
ocean buried.

Desired appearance on brower:

Now is the winter of our discontent made 
    glorious summer by this son of York; and all 
    the clouds that low'd upon our house in the 
    deep bosom of the ocean buried.

This sort of formatting seems so obvious, that it is hard to believe I
cannot find a tag to do this sort of thing.
