Need Graphics

Thanks guys, last night I finally got something, by using word to create
something and cut & paste to a paint then save in a format reading it
into a image viewer and saving as a tif file. then transferring to Linux
and the gimp handle it the rest of the way. Whey, what a process that was.

We certainly need something better, I would think the gimp is a good
peice of code & may knowledge of it is very lacking here, a little work
on my part is required. But apps should be intuitive to the casual user,
in that they need to work as a user logicaly thinks. Oh well that is
another can of worms. Thanks to all who replied, all help appreciated.

cheers
