Why won't they unmount?

It's SuSE 7.3.  I just took a peek in the rc6.d directory and noticed only one 
file in there, the attached reboot script.

$ mount

proc on /proc type proc (rw)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,mode=0620,gid=5)
/dev/hdb5 on /boot type ext2 (rw)
/dev/hda1 on /windows/C type vfat (rw,uid=500,quiet)
shmfs on /dev/shm type shm (rw)
usbdevfs on /proc/bus/usb type usbdevfs (rw)
