Would someone recommend...

I'm looking for a linux app that would be considered the ultimate, offline
bookmark manager. I'm looking for something very full featured that I can
run as  a local application when I'm on the laptop away from an ethernet
connection.

What ships with netscape/mozilla is way to basic and cumbersome...

Anyone?
