On May 8 kbb0927 at cs.com was heard saying:
->Aaron,
->
->Thanks. In the interim I bought a Springboard module called a MemPlug
->which lets me use SmartMedia (photodisc) up to 128M and with a addon
->on called PiDirect I will seamlessly link with the internal memory so
->apps can be written to and retrieved from it. So for about an additional
->$70.00 USD, I have my memory issue solved and can run as many apps as I
->can fit into (at present 32 MB) card.
*** This add on you are talking about interests me very much. Is it
something that works only with your particular module or does it allow to
install applications on any type of mem module, like the rip-off
Handspring Flash Module where they tell you you cannot run any programs
off it after you buy it?
Talking about PiDirect; is it software or hardware add-on?
Cheers,
Zoran.
