OK, folks.  Starting to look like I'll have to get to work on this whether
I want to or not.  Parts are real easy, others not.  Will try to put a
site together soon and let everyone know. Will announce parts as they're
done.

Since folks seem interested, first thing I'll do is work on a TOC.  After
I get it online, I'll request feedback.  What I'll look for is anything
you'd like to see that's not specifically mentioned in the TOC (and
anything you're not sure that will be included so I don't forget it).

Expect the first announcement NLT 15 May.
