Apparently spoke too soon. Went back and reinstalled in a file 
/home/user/netscape6.2. instead of the file /usr/local/netscape that 
Netscape setup as a default file. Then followed Netscape's instructions 
and called up terminal window and did a cd /home/user/netscape6.2 
followed by the command ./netscape and the thing came up beautifully. 
Only thing left is to figure out how to set thing up on a desktop icon. 
But you're right though. From the little I've seen so far it is faster 
than 4.77 and once I get used to it I'll either use the same curses on 
it that I use on 4.77 or find new curses for new quirks.
