compiling kde3

I have installed Autoconf 2.52, automake 1.5 and libtool 1.42
Tried cding to /opt/kde3/kdesupport and doing the following.
No go as you can see, so what is it I am not doing wrong, why cant it find 
autoconf. It just will not get past the first stage, so I cannot carry on.
