The sames steps you listed above. Changed the download speed to 300k,
./wget.sh, wait patiently, do md5sum.
Odd thing though now that I am back to work from a couple snow days and
an extended holiday weekend. On a whim I went ahead and ran the md5sum
check on ProMEPIS again and this time it said it was OK. Didn't change
a thing or download again. Just ran the md5sum against it.

md5sum -c ProMEPIS-2005.b02.iso.md5sum
ProMEPIS-2005.b02.iso: OK
<shrug> I can't figure it out. But I guess it is good now. That is
similar to what I posted above about the SimplyMEPIS iso.
