My oldest boy gave me a Canon A40 2 Christmases ago. It has aperature
control and shutter speed control. I know how to use it, I spent $400
on a Canon F-1 30 years ago with a 1.4 lens. Had a darkroom and worked
through Ansel Adams' exposure system. Lost some vision in '79 so I just
switched to snapshooting. I'm too lazy to monkey around with long
exposure, small diaphram, large diaphram, 2000 of a second exposures.
The A40 does really well for me and the price was right! I haven't
tried to print through my HP990Sci printer?? Maybe I ought to try that?
