Of course not. I *am* suggesting that personal integrity is far more
important than money in the bank. In this particular case, loyalty to SCO
is horribly misplaced. The execs and other high level managers are lining
their pockets while they can. The mail room clerks and admin assistants are
just screwed. I guarantee you nobody with "Director" or "Vice" or "Chief"
in their titles are going to give a damn what happens to their reports.
Those that are still working there have had two years to find other work.
So, they either believe SCO is right, expect their stock options to be
worth something when SCO wins, or they've traded ethical solvency for
financial solvency.
At this point, I have darn little sympathy for anyone who's stayed on
at SCO. Some people are stupid; others are aggressivly stupid. Those that
have stayed on at (fia)SCO are aggressivly stupid.
