I didn't include uw-imapd because I've never worked with imap before and the 
three I listed were ones I had seen mentioned in the Ubuntu forums. So I 
figured they were "safe" choices for such a system. And they were all ones I 
had heard of from my RH/FC exposure. I will investigate uw also.
