You don't include uw-imapd as an option. I use it because it set up 
easily with my postfix libranet-linux mail server, and works well. I 
don't know about adding users, but all my users were immediately 
available for secure (ssl) imap login.  On Libranet (Debian) the install 
was simply "apt-get install uw-imapd" if I remember correctly. It's been 
a while, so maybe there were more options to configure, but I don't 
think so; it just worked.
