I think you're onto something here, Lonni, and that may well be a
generic rule. Servers have a lot fewer components, and those
components change less rapidly. Since you're mostly upgrading kernel
and security fixes, your system is going to be inherently more stable
than the average desktop system with the latest apps du jour.

I found a few crappy things about FC3 for desktop use, but nothing
really unstable even using the much maligned GNOME. If the Fedora
folks would just get off the Mandrake bandwagon and not start every
daemon known to mandkind ....
