OT: Linux enscript/ps2pdf

If you use postscript printer output you can pipe it through ghostscript to
get pdf.
If you use laser printer output you can pipe it through ghostpcl (pcl6) to
pdf.
I find they worked better, and are better maintained, than enscript..
