upgrading to current filePro license with more users

I have been an observer of this list for at least 15 years, but have
probably only asked two or three questions.....  So, if I violate any
protocol, or whatever, my apologies in advance.

My question:   Will I have to make any filePro program or data changes
upgrading from version
5.0.11 to the latest version.    We need to add 10 or 12 new user licenses,
so I'm assuming it will
be an overall upgrade.
